- I want to be healthy enough to have a baby as soon as I can get to a doctor.
- I want to be healthy enough to not have dizzy spells, circulatory issues, etc.
- I want to loose the extra fluff I have started to gain.
- I want to feel better.
- I hate being sick!!!!
- I don't want to buy a whole new wardrobe just because I've gained a few pounds in the worst places possible.
I've already downloaded the "My Fitness Pal" to track my foods. (Surprise! I eat healthier than I originally thought! Its just portion control I need to work on!) The C25K is also downloaded and ready to go. Let's see some progress!
