A Healthier Me by 2015

This year I'm actually going to set a New Year's Resolution. A very stereotypical one at that. I want to be healthy. My reasons are purely selfish.


  1. I want to be healthy enough to have a baby as soon as I can get to a doctor.
  2. I want to be healthy enough to not have dizzy spells, circulatory issues, etc.
  3. I want to loose the extra fluff I have started to gain.
  4. I want to feel better.
  5. I hate being sick!!!!
  6. I don't want to buy a whole new wardrobe just because I've gained a few pounds in the worst places possible.


I've already downloaded the "My Fitness Pal" to track my foods. (Surprise! I eat healthier than I originally thought! Its just portion control I need to work on!) The C25K is also downloaded and ready to go. Let's see some progress!

  1. I need to do this as well. Most of my reasons were selfish too. I wanted to ttc but my hubby has said no. That being said, I have to try to lose weight for myself and dust off My Fitness Pal as well. Good luck to us both! I'm starting after my birthday tomorrow.. :)

  2. That's great! I've been watching what I eat for several days and increasing my water intake and even though I haven't seen progress on the scale yet, I feel so much better.
