Semper Fidelis

My husband is a Marine. While he is no longer an active duty Marine, once a Marine, always a Marine and with that being said I'd like to wish a happy early birthday to all the Marines out there, especially my husband. The United States Marine Corps celebrate their 238th Birthday November 10th. For those not affiliated with the Marines just remember it as the day before Veterans Day. Words cannot express how proud of my husband I am. Not only because of the fact that he served our country, but because of who he IS. He never fails to see that I am happy. We've been through a lot together in our four years of marriage. He's seen me at my absolute worst and at my best. He always shows me how much he loves me even when I'm not the best at reciprocating it. I have become a better person because of him. He's my knight in shining armor. He will sacrifice so that I am happy and have what I need or want. I am so thrilled to get to spend the rest of our lives together. He is, just as the Marine Corps saying, always faithful is so many ways and I love him dearly for it.

Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway

My husband was in the Marines when we got married, and as a result I have a scholarship covering my Bachelors Degree. I want to go on and get my Masters from The University of Alabama. I specifically want to attend their School of Library and Information Studies so that I may be a Librarian. I will have to wait a while before achieving my dream if I can not find some sort of tuition assistance. The Masters level won't allow Financial Aid to help cover costs. So I entered in the Dr. Pepper Tuition Giveaway. I figured why not. I would greatly appreciate your vote. I'm not sure how often you can vote.
