I have lost 3.6 lbs!!!!
I wasn't really sure I was going to be able to lose any weight but I have watched my intake of calories like a hawk! (MyFitnessPal is awesome!!!) I have started the Couch to 5K running. Let me tell you about this app. You can play your own music and it tells you when to walk and run alternating you gradually up to running a full 5K. I like to play the Runkeeper App along with my music and C25K because it keeps up with how far you've ran, (even if it's just circles in your yard like me!) how many calories you've burned, your average pace, and you can save each time you use it so you can see progress! I'm really excited to see some progress. I only weigh once a week so Mondays will be my announcement days for weight loss.
